MISSION
We exist to ENGAGE, EMPOWER, and EQUIP people on the west side of Chicago to move from surviving to thriving by focusing on three comprehensive key components: spiritual health, mental health, and practical life skills.
VISION
Our vision is to be a part of the change in our community and city by providing programs that give an opportunity for our people to thrive and also give them the chance to give back.

ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY
Ignite Youth Mentoring
Life on Life mentoring for grades 7th through 12th offering small groups, drop in clubs, enrichment activities, and camping trips
Overflow Community Outreach
Coffee, breakfast, and resources to take the next step. A safe place for community and support
Children’s Programming
Life-affirming, trauma-informed, after-school clubs. Sports programs, tutoring, and field trips for grades K through 6th
Handyman Training School
Practical jobs skills in the handyman service industry teaching hands-on workshops in our onsite workshop
Empowerment Classes
Instructional classes in anger management, job readiness, and finances to build life skills
